terra alma Announces Retail Space Available at The Hawkins
terra alma is now leasing 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space at The Hawkins, a mixed-use multifamily development coming soon to 3295 Hood Avenue, Chamblee, Georgia. Scheduled to open in early 2025, The Hawkins, developed by Atlas Real Estate Partners, is composed of 192 residential units, amenity areas, commercial/retail space and a parking garage.
Seven retail suites offer between 1,200 to 4,500 square feet of space, perfect for consumer-facing retail shops and restaurants to create a community hub for residents and community members. The retail space is surrounded by a generously sized plaza, allowing the opportunity for outdoor activations.
