Chamblee, Georgia - (previously known as Roswell Junction)

What’s happening in Chamblee? If you live in and around this fast growing city, you’ll be happy to know there is a lot more growth coming your way! Chamblee has increasingly gained popularity, adding more restaurants and retail over the past couple of years. Also increasing in popularity? Food halls. So, it only makes sense that more food halls are planting roots in Chamblee.

Another mixed-use development making waves in Chamblee that terra alma has the honor of working on, is located at 5466 New Peachtree Road. The development, located at the former site of animal feed mill, Manna Pro, is owned by Atlanta-based Stein Investment Group. Adaptive re-use is not new to our Stein Investment Group, Westside Ironworks and Westside Village are other projects the team has successfully completed. Our Chamblee adaptive-reuse project will be complete with entertainment, office, restaurants and a rooftop bar.
